We are seeking an Integration Account Manager that will provide integration support to Medium, Large & Enterprise level merchants within the client's newly acquired business pipeline. As an Integration Account Manager, you will manage multiple relationships/projects with these newly acquired sellers both new and existing to the Marketplace. An Integration Account Manager is accountable to ensure our partnered merchants are provided with a solid foundation of standard practices & behaviors, preparing sellers to sell at scale on a channel that is new and opportunistic. Teaching methods that are aligned with appropriate eCommerce Industry standards and behaviors that allow for businesses to be successful.

The Integration Account Manager will report to a Manager in The Merchant Integration team which is part of the broader Revenue and Seller Services organization.

Responsibilities:

  • • The ideal candidate will assume complete ownership of individual outcomes associated with each assigned merchant being integrated into the Marketplace including:
  • o Provide seamless transition of the customer from BD Sales to the currently designed Merchant Integration process
  • o An emphasis on networking with internal individuals/teams and external sellers/buyers to partner stakeholders for success in the Marketplace
  • o Understanding of integration goals and processes (inclusive of the user interface, 3rd party relationships and direct API’s)
  • o Inform and teach new and existing sellers methodologies & behaviors consistent with the best-selling and buying experiences as businesses selling successfully through the marketplace
  • o Partnering with sellers to ensure they can list & maintain / update inventory as well as consume and successfully fulfill orders technologically and operationally on a consistent basis through various path options to integrate
  • o Implementation of key site initiatives and maintenance of a healthy business on the platform
  • o Thorough understanding of E2E listing and transaction flow, ensure business is providing customer service excellence for buyers
  • o Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and collectively work with internal counterparts on GCX, Policy, Trust, Risk, Marketing,
  • Verticals, and other business units
  • o Understanding and working through complex issues by way of appropriate processes and channels
