Onward Search's client, a Broadcast Network, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the team. The right candidate will have a range of experience and be responsible for the following skills.

You will report to the VP Sales and Distribution.


  • Oversee tracking missing titles intranet system.
  • Pull masters, dubs, and subtitles for the movie (classics, DTV, DWA, and FIP) and TV content.
  • Send digital files via an FTP site.
  • Order and track masters, dubs, and subtitles for movies (new releases, classics, DTV, DWA, and FIP) and TV content.
  • Request materials with various offices and send files to vendors.
  • Answer client emails about order status.
  • Create TV dub language reports and upload to BOX.
  • Update availability grids for clients to reference and upload to the website.
  • Reconfirm POs were printed.
  • Order in-house trailers for client meetings.
  • Train new temps on PO Entry.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Filing.


  • 1-3 years experience in traffic or project management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Strong communicator presenting verbally and in written form.
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office, online FTP and asset management sites.
  • Strong multi-tasker and attention to detail.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
