Job Overview:

 

  • Day to day functions include assisting in efforts to analyze, plan, design, and launch efficient business processes and technology systems to support Legal Department functions
  • Collaborate with Legal Department personnel as well as internal business partners on operational initiatives
  • Prepare reports and respond to ad hoc inquiries relating to Legal Department initiatives
  • Maintain the Department’s internal website
  • Assist with payment processing and other transactions as requested
  • Maintain the department PO accrual process
  • Standardize and automate manual processes to improve workflows, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the Legal Department
  • Perform other duties including general office responsibilities and assisting with special projects
  • Responsible for Legal Department event planning, managing memberships, distribution lines, and preparing dashboards
  • Responsible for communications to the Legal Department on various initiatives and information
