Operations Coordinator

Our client, a leading music service, is looking for a Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience in Operations, Marketing, or Consulting, to join their marketing team. This is a year long contract, fully remote. Candidates must be open to working EST hours.

What you'll do:

  • Own the organizations goal setting, goal tracking and budget process
  • Connect work-streams across marketing organizations (product marketing, growth, programs, content) and R&D organizations (product, design, tech, analytics) - in order to increase the efficacy and marketing output of the collective team
  • Own and execute organizational rituals such as regular team meetings or larger meetings such as quarterly kickoffs
  • Identify gaps in our workflows - develop and lead critical initiatives to fill them
  • Support business planning with team leadership
  • Collaborate with team leadership to set overarching strategy - at a quarterly and annual level
  • Other tasks may apply

About you:

  • You have 2-3+ years experience in operations, marketing or consulting
  • Great communicator with experience conveying ideas via presentations, documents or in person
  • You have managed complex business processes before, and have worked across a multitude of cross-functional teams
  • You are an exceptional visual storyteller, and spreadsheets are your friend - not your enemy
  • You have experience working with OKR frameworks
  • You've had notable exposure to various parts of a broader marketing organization - Value proposition outlines, brand positioning, campaign work is not completely foreign to you
  • You are curious and self-motivated. You see opportunities to improve cross-functional understanding and are proud to deliver insights that drive action
  • You are detail oriented. You are known for having double checked sources of information to validate accuracy and dependability
