Our client, a start up technology company in Los Angeles is looking for a Clinical Product Manager for a direct hire role.

This person will report to the VP of Product and be responsible for:

  • Understanding electronic health record systems
  • Develop product that works on clinical side with patients/schedules/updates
  • Understanding of insurance and billing from a clinical standpoint
  • Knowledge of how a back-end system works for healthcare providers
  • Understanding full development life cycle of product (how long something will take)
  • Understanding of how to come to a decision from data driven results
  • Develop and iterate on product road maps, release plans and share solutions
  • Propose product solutions
  • Ability to simplify complex details into easy-to-digest information for non-technical users
  • Support the product vision both internally and with our external partners
  • Think outside the box with effective data driven decision making
  • Working with Designers, Engineers as well as stakeholders
  • Vision, road mapping, goal setting, spec writing, managing project execution, experiment planning, defining product roll-out strategy
  • Work on app to make best possible experience for user
  • Work to make customer satisfaction the best possible experience

Required:

  • 5+ years of product management or product marketing at a consumer based company
  • Prior experience in products that are related to customer facing applications (b2c)
  • Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable with start up environment
  • Passion for making a difference
  • Scrum Master huge PLUS
