Onward Search is on the hunt for a Sr. Integrated Project Manager to join our Ad Agency client for a two week freelance assignment that starts immediately.

You'll be responsible for managing agency stand-ups, manage approx. 5-6 Projects, calendar project briefings, internal reviews, create schedules, route SOW's, scope resources, time, and review estimates.

You will also be a liaison between our client's in-house developers and outsourced teams to help manage the build of consumer facing websites.

You will update all resource tracking, project milestones, and manage freelance teams if needed.

You will manage communication between 3rd party vendors, and manage assets.

You will also proof spelling, document consistency, web and phone number verification etc. of materials.

We are seeking Sr. PM's who meet the following requirements:

  • 10+ Years experience working for Ad Agencies and/ or fast-moving in-house marketing teams
  • Must be an integrated PM with a focus on traditional, print projects
  • Must be able to put a project schedule together for website builds
  • Must be even-keeled and be able to work quickly in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to manage quotes, scheduling, negotiating, etc.
  • Must be able to proof creative and documents for both spelling and grammar errors
