Onward Search is on the hunt for a Social Media Manager for a full-time position that starts immediately for our Ad Agency client.

You'll report to the Director of Digital and be responsible for leading social strategy, setting KPI's, defining social channels, concepts and working with the creative team on sophisticated social executions.

You will be the lead for social media initiatives for retail and QSR clients.

We are seeking Social Media Managers who meet the following requirements:

  • 4+ Years experience in Social Media with a preference for candidates who have worked for Ad Agencies
  • Must have experience working with big brands and leading the social strategy
  • Must be an excellent communicator and be client-facing
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with functional teams
  • Must be able to demonstrate success in leading previous social campaigns
  • It's a plus if you have copywriting skills - you will be backed by a creative team, but it's great if you can write too
