Our client is searching for a fulltime Account Operations Manager!

Account Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Managing the operational set up of new accounts
  • Providing ongoing customer support (as needed) to assigned accounts
  • Managing order processing tasks for assigned accounts, ensuring timely delivery of quality products
  • Troubleshooting delivery issues that may arise
  • Various other account management tasks

Account Operations Manager Requirements:

  • BA degree or greater
  • 3+ years’ of experience in Account/Operations management
  • Strong customer service and critical thinking skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
