Our client, a health/wellness company, is looking for a Marketing Traffic Manager to join their team!

Marketing Traffic Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of designated projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Managing scope, costs, scheduling, internal staffing, outside vendors and contractual deliverables
  • Creating detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project
  • Enforcing process and set accurate expectations within a demanding environment
  • Attending all Marketing meetings, take minutes and follow up on all action items
  • Facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc.
  • Maintaining the current status of all projects and related tasks in Wrike system, including appropriate priorities
  • Monitoring projects and workloads, adjusting assignments & deadlines accordingly
  • Preparing regular reports for CEO on project status
  • Tracking and managing Marketing project statistics and metrics
  • Acts as coordinator and point of contact for day-to-day Marketing operations
  • Supporting managers/leaders with team management, group dynamic, business development, strategy, communication, project organization, and problem solving
  • Combining & maintaining calendars to ensure all customer touch points are aligned
  • Building collaborative relationships and negotiate effectively within timelines and deliverables.
  • Trafficking all projects from initial request to final delivery
  • Working as a liaison between Marketing and other departments and corporate partners

Marketing Traffic Manager Qualifications:

  • 5 + years professional experience in marketing / advertising / retail in a traffic or project management role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of seven years of experience in a related field
  • Agile/Scrum certified (CSPO or CSM)
  • Experience with Wrike Project Management software or similar technology
  • Superior knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel & Word
