Our client, an advertising agency, is looking for an Associate Content Strategist to join their team onsite for a contract opportunity!

Associate Content Strategist Responsibilities:

  • Providing operational support: deploying content and disclosures to various digital channels for North American/Canadian websites.
  • Working closely with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams, assisting with requirement analysis, clarification and intake process.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new projects including discovery, knowledge transition plans, and takeover plan discussions with the projects team.
  • Acting as the primary contact for the client to intake requirements for setting up new experiences, analyzing current site content as well as new sites, driving closure on patterns applicable, resolving issues/dependencies and managing client expectations.
  • Acting as a client proxy for the offshore team, handing off requirements, reviewing draft deliverables and resolving queries and dependencies.
  • Managing the queue of marketing content publishing requests and reporting.

Associate Content Strategist Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of industry experience in content/digital strategy.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager as a CMS tool, understanding of content publishing life cycle.
  • Financial services interest/experience preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA.
