Our client is looking for a remote UX Writer for a 3 month long contract assignment!

UX Writer Responsibilities:

  • Help to reduce friction, improve the customer experience, and increase engagement
  • Help in collaboration with team to design automated communication and create personalized customer experiences at scale using words
  • Internalize the CX voice and tone guide and work on strategic development with the lead writer
  • Work with product managers and other cross-functional roles to design info architecture
  • Be able to help shape the conversational AI in a way that’s on brand using our guide and persona
  • Implement your understanding of how copy plays with design and UX
  • Work, both independently and with teams, to deliver copy that meets stakeholders’ needs
  • Exercise your passion for writing to educate, guide and sell
  • Be invested in creating performance-driven messaging with a desire to understand the data behind that performance
  • Iterate on messaging based on its performance

UX Writer Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in content strategy/design, UX and/or copywriting
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS and/or financial sectors preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills and grammar
  • A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field
  • Passion for writing, storytelling and influencing the customer experience
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • A conceptual thinker who loves to be a part of a team and collaborate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing UX and content strategy work
  • Strong preference given to candidates who have demonstrably executed this type of work before
  • Unique and exciting contract role will focus on a special digital support project for customer-facing chatbots and a knowledge base
