Digital Media and Advertising Manager

Onward Search needs a Digital Media and Advertising Manager for an action sports brand. 

You’ll report to the Sr. Manager and be responsible for managing paid social, digital, streaming/CTV, and paid influencer campaigns, from strategy to execution, analytical reporting and optimization.

This is a 5-month contract opportunity. It is Hybrid Onsite in Orange County, CA.

As a Digital Media and Advertising Manager you’ll: 

• Plan, execute and optimize media campaigns according to brand initiatives and business objectives, managing timelines and budgets
• Analyze campaign performance and create analytical reports with key insights
• Make campaign recommendations & optimizations based on collaboration with external media agency
• Provide input on creative assets with creative team and marketing partners
• Assist with influencer and branded content strategy for social and paid partnership programs
• Maintain relationships with and ensure platforms (TikTok, Facebook / Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat) are up to date; research prospective digital partnerships and platforms

Skills & Experience needed:  

• 5+ years experience managing digital, mobile and social media platforms in a cross-departmental environment
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of digital marketing experience in youth marketing, fashion, or action sports industry
• Proficiency in Ads Managers for TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat
• Microsoft Excel and Adobe Creative Suite skills are a plus
