Expertly manage the creative process– keep things flowing smoothly, continually reviewing and optimizing creative processes.
Present creative work to account and creative leads, as well as directly to clients - explaining strategic vision.
Creative Director Requirements:
BA in Design or relevant field.
7-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising.
5+ years of leadership experience.
Experience with print and digital HCP marketing materials required, environmental design experience a plus.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to lead creative concepting process.
Prior experience in a strategic role that delegates work to design team, while also retaining full responsibility of final output.
Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget, while exceeding client expectations.
Prior experience in management role.
