Our client, a rapidly growing CPG company, is looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer to join their team fulltime!

Sr. Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Art Director to concept and execute designs for packaging, in-store POPs, user-guides, brochures, catalogues, landing pages, banner ads, etc.
  • Create digital, print and packaging assets for new products and packaging updates to existing products
  • Understanding brand voice and being able to iterate that voice/style in all designs across all mediums
  • Participating in brand creative meetings, presenting design solutions, and leading discussion around all design initiatives
  • Partnering with creative and executive leadership to ideate and deliver exceptional design solutions for complex design projects

Sr. Graphic Designer Requirements:

  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience within graphic design
  • Diversified portfolio showcasing produced work across both print, digital and packaging
  • Strong conceptualization skills, effective communicator with ability to get buy in on proposed design solutions
  • Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Ability to work under limited supervision, shifting priorities to meet project deadlines
  • Prior experience within Heavy Duty/Tool industries preferred
  • Previous experience within CPG is a plus!
