Onward Search is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing digital team for a contract-to-hire opportunity!

You will report to the VP of Digital Marketing and be responsible for the following:

  • Partner with agencies and brand partners to drive customer acquisition, growing brand awareness and success
  • Use technology and insights to build reporting systems, analyze data and drive business results; reporting to include paid, earned and owned channels, consolidating data from varied of sources
  • Control budgets and devise effective and efficient spending plans, meeting both acquisition and efficiency goals
  • Manage daily campaign and reporting, escalating where applicable to ensure campaigns deliver and key performance metrics are met
  • Work collaboratively across sales, IT and marketing to optimize programs, campaigns and landing pages, maximizing performance and ROI
  • Be a recognized expert in the space and look for new opportunities to expand marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in acquisition marketing
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office, SQL skills a plus
  • Significant experience building and scaling acquisition programs that target consumers
  • Media planning experience across a broad online media mix
  • Proven ability to optimize and execute SEM, PPC as well as Facebook, Twitter and Display Advertising
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, ability to turn analysis into actionable programs
  • Strong written, data visualization and presentation skills, necessary to report on program results
