Onward Search's client is looking for a CRM Manager to join a growing digital team for a contract-to-hire opportunity!

You will report to the VP of Digital Marketing and be responsible for the following:

  • Partner with marketing team to drive leads, retain customers and drive loyalty
  • Track and analyze marketing trends and metrics (conversion rates, web analytics, etc.)
  • Comprehensively mine and model customer data
  • Monitor existing customer relationships through CRM systems
  • Use email to generate leads and build brand as a whole
  • Present key reports to management focusing on KPIs and qualitative feedback
  • Ensure CRM systems provide an effective sales funnel
  • Ensure CRM systems work seamlessly across the company, capturing required information at key points in the customer life cycle

We are seeking CRM Managers who meet the following requirements:

  • 3+ years of eMarketing experience, B2B preferred
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office, SQL skills a plus
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies
  • Ability to integrate new technology with web platforms
  • Previous experience analyzing large quantities of diverse data
  • Strong written, data visualization and presentation skills, necessary to report on program results


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
