Onward Search is looking for a Brand Manager to join a growing digital team for a contract-to-hire opportunity!

You will report to the VP of Digital Marketing and be responsible for the following:

  • Ownership of brand, from analysis and development of brand marketing strategy through implementation
  • promote national brand awareness, lead generation and lead flow
  • Collaborate with agencies, developing and managing customer acquisition campaigns, customer relationship marketing, direct response advertising, new product launches and additional campaigns that pertain to growing brand awareness and lead generation
  • Work with marketing team to ensure the position of the brand is up to brand standards and following brand guidelines
  • Develop and improve collateral and advertising tools for digital and traditional
  • Manage and collaborate with internal teams, agencies and vendor partners to build, deliver and manager marketing tools, websites, intranet portals, and more as needed by the brand
  • Champion the brand with compelling presentation to internal teams and also brand partners

We are seeking Brand Managers who meet the following requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven success in marketing (digital and traditional media)
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office, SQL skills a plus
  • Previous work with a franchisee company a plus, familiarity necessary
  • Ability to both develop and lead execution of integrated marketing plans
  • Previous experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to integrate new technology with web platforms
  • Previous leadership experience


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
