Our client, a fast growing CPG company, is looking for an E-commerce Manager to join their team fulltime!

E-commerce Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy for e-commerce growth as it relates to ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Set up and mange products and campaigns on all major national and international marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay, etc...
  • Set up and manage campaigns on company's e-commerce website.
  • Create digital marketing and SEO strategies to increase impressions and web traffic that translates to e-commerce sales.
  • Generate channel revenue growth, creative testing, audience segmentation, bid management, campaign reports & analysis, email marketing initiatives and creative content to drive conversion.
  • Evaluate current web platform looking for current optimization, and potential future solutions that increase customer interaction.
  • Take performance metrics analytics for channel to improve brand messaging.
  • Manage daily activity of website along with constant ad testing.
  • Work closely with team to generate dynamic content with measurable success.
  • Implement new web features designed to increase traffic and sales.
  • Attend team meetings and work on initiatives to enhance web and optimize conversion.
  • Manage KPI’s for organization.
 

E-commerce Manager Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in E-commerce
  • E-commerce platform experience (Shopify, Magento, etc..)
  • Experiencing managing e-commerce/campaigns across various websites/platforms including Amazon, Ebay, etc...
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
  • Must be proficient in analytics such Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and SEO best practices.
  • Attention to detail, organized and able to optimize internal processes.
  • Performance-oriented work ethic with the hunger to succeed in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • A “test and learn” mentality looking for constant opportunities in the market as it relates to technology to aid in e-commerce.
