Our client, a sporting company, is seeking a UX / UI Designer to join their team onsite for a 6+ month contract position. You will be communicating with crucial user and operation groups to understand business needs to benchmark design solutions against.


  • Analyzing user experience data and making recommendations to address business/project needs.
  • Conceptualizing, designing, and prototyping new features as well as re-imagining and refactoring old features.
  • Presenting design concepts, user needs and design rationale to multidisciplinary teams, key project stakeholders and business partners.
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to create world-class design solutions (UX, engineering and project management).
  • Creating user-centered design solutions, focusing on building products that are easy to find, understand and use.
  • Communicating ideas/designs to end user and product team members.


  • 5+ years' experience designing enterprise applications.
  • BA in Design, UX, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Expert in creative responsive design for multiple contexts and devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
  • Expertise in standard design and prototyping (Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Invision).
  • Working knowledge of design specification tools such as Zeplin or InVision Inspector.
  • Articulate and able to justify and explain the reasoning behind your design solutions.
  • Ability to think through use problems while understanding technical restraints.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies a plus.
  • Experience prototyping micro-interactions and animations a plus.
