Our client, a product development company working with some of the most recognizable brands around, is seeking Packaging Designers to join their team onsite for 2-3 months with the potential to extend!

You will report to the Creative and Art Directors and be responsible for the following:

  • Multitasking: will be designing for 5-10 projects at any given time, largely based on sales and production art demand
  • Designing packaging from scratch using brand style guides and packaging references
  • Manipulating dielines (basic) for retail color boxes, displayers, end caps, etc...
  • Working collaboratively with the brand team to concept and create inspiration boards and typography and take market trends and internal marketing feedback to create new and cohesive looks
  • Creating basic endcap renderings and retail statements for sales materials

We are seeking Packaging Designers who meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Digital, Graphic, or Fine Arts Design
  • Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Bridge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • 3+ years of relevant design experience
  • Adaptive design, elevated eye
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to receive and give critical feedback
  • Absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and supervisors with end goal of creating best possible designs
