Onward Search is on the hunt for a Packaging Designer to join our beauty client for a freelance assignment that could turn into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

You'll report to the Creative Director and be responsible for the concept and design of both primary and secondary packaging.

Skills:

  • Support the graphic design with packaging artwork.
  • Concept and design of the primary components of products, kits, and seasonal programs.
  • Create briefs for vendors.
  • Design packaging for makeup influencer sets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of experience designing for in-house marketing teams or Ad agencies.
  • Must have a solid understanding of design fundamentals and how to break them to create disruptive, and innovative designs.
  • Must have strong typography and layout skills - but also an edgy aesthetic.
  • It's preferred if you have packaging design experience, but not a requirement.
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Must be the type of designer who likes to interact, talk, and communicate with the team to concept and create.
