Paid Media Manager

One of our agency clients is looking for a Paid Media Manager. This is a full-time and fully remote position, and it will focus on media strategy, activation, and optimization of integrated paid media.

Paid Media Manager Responsibilities:

  • Handle integrated communications and media strategy for up to 6 or 7 clients
  • Help translate client business goals into effective, creative and innovative media strategies
  • Use your media experience and wisdom in digital marketing across programmatic, search, social, etc.
  • Help bring ideas and media plans to life, ensuring their delivery against strategic and communication objectives
  • Be client facing as needed with the expectation that you can lead a client meeting from start to end and deliver presentations clearly and effectively
  • Maintain a current POV on evolving media landscape, emerging technologies, consumer trends
  • Understand and articulate ROI measurement and analytics
  • Oversee and approve channel buys, campaign monitoring and approving media optimizations
  • Be able to help with training, mentoring & development of junior team members in conjunction with the Media Director

Paid Media Manager Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in media, primarily in digital with a bit of traditional
  • Must have experience with being client-facing
  • Must work well under pressure and time constraints when needed
  • Must be well organized with client info and data / insights
  • Expresses oneself (in writing and verbally) clearly, concisely, and thoroughly
  • Must be a great team collaborator with the ability to also work autonomously
  • Experience in standard paid media tools
