Paid Media Specialist (META Ad Focused)

Onward Search needs a full-time, direct hire Paid Media Specialist for an internet marketing agency in Boston, MA. You will focus primarily on management and optimization of Facebook ad campaigns for B2C and B2B clients.

As a Paid Media Specialist you’ll: 

• Manage, optimize, and scale Facebook ad campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the client’s brand and objectives.
• Conduct audience research and segmentation. Continuously refine ad targeting and placements.
• Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to consistently enhance campaign performance.

Skills & Experience Needed:  

• Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for testing and optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience with B2B and B2C campaigns with strict monthly goals.
