Our client, a media company, is seeking a Paid Search Manager to join their team.

You will report to the Director, Paid Search Marketing and be responsible for:

  • Execute paid search initiatives within live events categories and guide ongoing optimizations, including strategic bid management, budget pacing, and best-practice adoption

  • Use Google Analytics/Search Ads 360 to assess trends and activity daily

  • Evaluate new and incremental advertising opportunities, both in search and in emerging digital channels

  • Actively lead strategy discussions with the larger marketing organization to develop testing plans for the fan experience, advertising strategy, and data analysis

  • Leverage data to identify trends, craft insights, and deliver these to the organization in a narrative

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred

  • 3-5 years managing paid search campaigns through Google Ads/Microsoft Advertising (Bing), with annual budget >$10M

  • Team leadership and mentorship experience

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations

  • Advanced Excel knowledge

  • Experience building and delivering presentations

  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial startup environment

  • Strong ability to efficiently manage large budgets and competing priorities
