Onward Search is seeking a Paid Search Strategist for our top tier agency client's large entertainment account.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily campaign performance and analysis, working with management to deliver on client directives
  • Support in the daily execution of paid search campaigns, as well as work in YouTube video (biddable and IO-based)
  • Run search reports to mine for new keywords, creative text ads, and overall spend
  • Write first draft of creative text ads based on briefs
  • Traffic, upload, and QA keywords, leveraging the Bid Management Tool process
  • Perform account diagnostic checks
  • Run reports as requested in Bid Management Platform and engine UIs
  • Format reports and set up data for analysis
  • Alert leadership of under or overspend, traffic abnormalities, and new opportunities
  • Provide optimization recommendations based on spend and pacing
  • Keep current on the latest updates regarding tools and user interfaces (AdWords, DoubleClick Search, etc.)
  • Deliver weekly search reports
  • Create post-campaign analysis summaries
  • Develop keyword lists and select landing pages, then submit to the client

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience, preferably in a media/PR agency
  • Must have experience in entertainment, specifically Theatrical
  • Ability to drive projects from start to finish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility and communicate priorities to manager
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products as well as planning tools
