Onward Search is on the hunt for a Paid Social Manager to join the Growth Marketing team of a fast-growing DTC eCommerce beauty company.

You will report to the Head of Growth and be responsible for:

  • Managing the strategy, budget, optimization, creative, and reporting for all paid social
  • Working with the Analytics team and senior leadership to develop and execute strategy to maximize ROAS & LTV
  • Owning daily management & optimizations to ensure key performance metrics are met
  • Opening new market segments through audiences/targeting, platforms, and inter-departmental
  • Maintaining a digital marketing scorecard, and tracking & reporting on the KPIs
  • Collaborating with Marketing to drive creative strategy & content creation
  • Conducting A/B and multivariate tests
  • Training junior team members


  • Bachelor's degree (quantitative backgrounds like math and economics are a plus), MBA or MS preferred
  • 3-5 years of digital performance marketing experience managing 7-figure budgets, agency experience preferred
  • 2+ years experience with direct response marketing in DTC ecommerce, as well as 2+ years of experience with all Paid Social platforms, mainly Instagram and Facebook
  • Proven ability to optimize and scale campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of web tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Tag Manager, Shopify, and Google Merchant Center
