Boutique agency in Manhattan is looking to hire a Paid Social Media Manager starting immediately. This role has the potential to go full-time, and direct-hire will also be considered.

You would be a highly detailed individual with good understanding of industry trends and also possessing strong organizational and communication skills. You'll be required to generate reports showing data, trends and be able to alert the team as to any major red flags associated in relationship to social media performance.

Other requirements include:

  • 3+ years experience managing paid social media campaigns
  • Agency experience
  • Strong understanding of how to optimize paid social media campaigns to ensure client satisfaction
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments and working under tight deadlines
  • Very strong in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
  • Can easily create reports based on analyzed performance
  • Strategic-minded and solutions oriented
