Onward Search is on the hunt for a Paid Social Media Manager to join our Ad Agency client for a freelance assignment that starts immediately.

You will be working with a Fortune 1000 Consumer Products client and be responsible for growing acquisitions and awareness that drive sales through paid social campaigns.

This is a client-facing strategic planning and execution role.

Specific Responsibilities include:
  • Develop paid social media strategies that detail campaign objectives, tactics, rationale, strategy, budget allocation and media selection
  • Execute and manage direct response and brand, paid social media campaigns and initiatives that expand online and offline acquisitions
  • Manage campaign optimizations while measuring performance and recommending tests
  • Lead clients instilling trust and authority in-depth knowledge of all digital elements and industry developments
  • Provide client with paid social media recommendations and trafficking information (plans, deadlines, specification sheets)
  • Train new team members on fundamentals of paid social
We are seeking Paid Social Media Managers who meet the following requirements:
  • 2-3 Years of experience in paid social media with a focus on direct response/ acquisition, conversion focused campaigns
  • Must have specific platform experience in FB, Twitter, Pinterest and Snap
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be client-facing
  • Must be an expert in MS Office Suite specifically Excel and Powerpoint
  • Must have experience using Google Analytics
  • Facebook Certification is a plus
