Onward Search is on the hunt for a freelance Paid Social Media Specialist to join our Ad Agency client immediately.

As the Paid Social Media Specialist you will have strong data analysis skills paired with in-platform experience on Facebook to grow customer acquisitions and awareness via paid social campaigns across multiple accounts.

Paid Social Media Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Develop paid social media strategies that detail campaign objectives, tactics, rationale, strategy, budget allocation and media selection
  • Execute paid social media campaigns and initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer growth, and conversions
  • Manage campaign budget and delivery on a daily and weekly basis
  • Optimize social media ad campaigns using levers such as customer targeting, content, creative and bid optimization
  • Create presentations and provide client with paid social media recommendations and trafficking information (plans, deadlines, etc)

Paid Social Media Specialist Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in paid social media
  • Agency experience and experience working in-platform on Facebook are musts
  • Experience analyzing social media ad data to provide insights and make recommendations
  • Must have in-platform experience setting up campaigns and pulling levers in Facebook
  • Hands-on experience in Twitter, Pinterest and Snap experience is a preferred
  • Building and expanding audiences to achieve scale
  • Experience working across multiple accounts at once in a fast-paced deadline-drive environment
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for reporting
