Onward Search is on the hunt for a Paid Social Media Specialist who ideally has some experience in SEM to join their Ad Agency client for a full-time/ temp-to-hire role.

You'll be a part of a full-service leading agency that specializes in the entertainment and gaming industry, working with some of the biggest and most recognizable brands.This is an executional role where you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day account activities of the group and play a key role in the translation of marketing and advertising for paid social campaigns.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Finalize and execute paid social campaigns and handle optimization
  • Social Media analysis to support recommendations and drive growth
  • Investigate and actively pursue innovative communication opportunities in the social sphere
  • Analyze data quickly and drive performance to align with company's ROI/ CPA goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis
  • Assist in presenting media plans to clients w/ strategy/ social teams

We are seeking Paid Social Specialists who meet the following requirements:

  • 1.5-3+ Years experience managing paid social campaigns
  • Must be analytical and ideally have some prior management experience
  • Must have advanced understanding of social platforms, targeting options, tools and reporting
  • Must have strong written, verbal, and presentation skills and be client-facing
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • Prefer candidates who have experience in managing and/ or executing in some way, SEM campaigns
  • Must be nimble, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • It's a plus if you've got experience with 3rd party ad servers - DART /DFA
