Our client, a social media content company, is on the hunt for a Partnership Associate to join their team. You will use analytical and communication skills to help Sales Partners onboard new clients and grow revenue, along with the following skills detailed below.


  • Provide account analysis, optimizations and troubleshooting support for Partners.
  • Manage ad rejection escalations.
  • Build audience engagement segments.
  • Traffic ads using internal tools.
  • Escalate and resolve issues with Business Support.
  • Manage internal process for CSAs, Campaign Exceptions, Ad Design Requests, Coupon Generations.
  • Develop weekly partner newsletter, combining updates from across the organization into a single communication.
  • Generate post-campaign reports.
  • Support partners with client specific projects.
  • Become an expert on and advocate for ad products.
  • Communicate policies to Sales Partners.


  • 0-4 years of experience with a passion in social media content and business partnership
  • BA/BS
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong written communication skills, professional to be client facing via email, phone and in person if need be
  • Extremely high degree of attention to detail
  • Interest in digital advertising
  • Team player excited to take any challenge no matter how big or small
  • Excited about the opportunity to acquire deep knowledge of the media industry, develop and refine process and analytical skills, and exposure to a global sales organization.
