Our client, a TV Network, is seeking a Photo Coordinator for a freelance opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and receive photography from various studio partners and prep for posting onto internal asset management site
  • Maintain an organized archival system of all photographic assets
  • Assist in handling library and special image requests from various departments and publications
  • Assist in tracking budgets and spends across shows, projects, and events
  • Upload, caption and publish images on client site
  • Contact and book episodic photographers for show coverage as required
  • Assist Photo Director and Photo Manager as needed

Musts:

  • 2-4 years experience ideally with entertainment experience having managed photography for tv talent
  • Strong organizational and asset management skills
  • Team player able to manage multiple projects at once
