Onward Search is looking for a Photo Retoucher to join our prominent agency client in Charlotte for an onsite contract-to-hire opportunity!

Job Summary:

  • Utilize Creative Cloud and similar software to process and manipulate images for digital and print campaigns.
  • Manage, version, organize, tag, and upload photos to Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • Please note: This is NOT a graphic design role. This person should be an expert specifically in the retouching of photographs and the maintenance of a digital asset library.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in photo retouching, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Top-notch skills with Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop) in a Mac environment required.
  • Prior experience as a photographer strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience managing digital asset libraries (including tagging, versioning, and organizing photos) required.
  • Must be HIGHLY organized with extraordinary attention to detail.
  • **Portfolio containing before and after photos REQUIRED; link to portfolio/samples must be submitted at time of application. PDF portfolios may be submitted in lieu of digital portfolios.
