Our client within the music industryis looking for a Policy Ops Specialist. This is a 6 month contract starting ASAP. This individual will provide support for policy enforcement operations via vendor management, escalation handling, process optimization, and maintaining a strong feedback loop among key stakeholders in order to help ensure the company is a safe and positive experience for everyone.

Responsibilities:

  • Review content to ensure compliance with prohibited content policies
  • Support vendor operations
  • Work with key cross-functional stakeholders to improve internal escalation processes, enforcement workflows, and tooling
  • Gather feedback from operations teams for opportunities to clarify policies and/or enforcement guidance

Must Haves:

  • 2+ year experience in an operations role supporting content moderation and safety issues
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate complex issues
  • Proven experience with content moderation and operations, including design and development of workflows, enforcement strategies, QA, and/or system processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
