Onward Search is on the hunt for a PPC Manager to join the team of one of our luxury ecommerce clients. You will report to the CEO and will take ownership of their accounts such as Google, Bing, & Facebook, and will be responsible for updating content, meta info, and URLs.


  • Create and manage Adwords campaigns; paid search (SKAGs), product listings (Bing and AdWords), display, video (YouTube shopping, bumper, etc.), remarketing, DSA, and RLSA
  • Perform daily adjustments to increase conversions and CTR while decreasing CPC and CPA
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analyses and use the results to make recommendations for content updates
  • Track and report on the results of all SEM campaigns & programs and identify areas for opportunity.
  • Ensure compliance with algorithm updates
  • Manage paid/organic Facebook campaigns (dynamic, collections, product catalog, etc.)
  • Write, test and optimize ad copy


  • 2-3 years’ experience working with Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook, Google Analytics, Excel (including pivot tables), WordPress, and WooCommerce
  • Experience with the Google and Bing Search Consoles
  • Data driven, understanding how to analyze and use it to optimize results
  • Solid knowledge of best practices
  • Ability to adjust campaign strategy as Google updates their algorithms
  • Experience with luxury is preferred
  • Prior experience managing up to $50K a month in adwords spend is a bonus
  • Google AdWords and/or Bing certification is a plus
