Our client, a global entertainment company, is seeking a Preditor to join their team.

You will report to the CMO and be responsible for:

  • Editing on-air and digital content telling great stories visually that capture a wide and diverse audience
  • Working from concept to completion, and collaborating with a small team of producers, designers, and social media managers
  • Write and edit original and existing material into promos, trailers, ads, and short form social content
  • Working and managing multiple projects at one time
  • Media management, asset organization and file delivery


  • 3-5 years professional editing experience with a passion for storytelling and media creation
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Expert editor in Avid
  • Portfolio showcasing short-form promo and trailer storytelling, ideally with a comedic spin
  • Proficient in Pro Tools, After Effects, and Photoshop
  • Detailed, meticulous, and organized being resourceful and solution-oriented
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interface with all internal teams
  • Ability to give and receive critical feedback in a team environment
  • Seeking editor who embraces the objectives of project briefs, while pushing the boundaries of creative storytelling
  • Seeking candidates who are flexible within day-to-day duties helping where it’s needed in a rapidly and ever-changing start-up environment
  • Open to working long-hours and weekends when needed


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
