Our e-commerce start-up client is looking for a Social Media Preditor (Producer/Editor) to join its team immediately and create Facebook ads.

Preditor (Producer/Editor) Responsibilities:

  • Concept, shoot, and edit videos and photos into15-30/second social media ads (both video and stills) that drive sales
  • Ideate around ad messaging and make sure it translates in ads
  • Book spaces for video/photo shoots and bring on necessary contractors
  • Partner with user acquisition team to review ad performance on monthly / bi-weekly basis to inform future shoots
  • Identify consistent patterns across top-performing ads and make adjustments accordingly to drive consumer engagement

Preditor (Producer/Editor) Requirements:

  • 4+ years of ideating, producing, and editing short-form social media (Facebook) ads for e-commerce with a portfolio/reel to match
  • Strong understanding of how social media ads drive sales and can approach creative through a performance-focused lens
  • Experience creating ads to communicate client-provided value proposition and/or taglines
  • Must be able to review ad performance data and identify what ad creative is "working" / resonates with people and let that guide future creative
  • Must be organized, proactive and communicative
  • Excited to work at a fast-growing start-up with great resources and benefits and build it from the ground up
  • Experience and comfort wearing multiple hats as needed (i.e. helping with copy ideas, creative one-offs, etc)
  • Proficiency in editing software (Photoshop, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Cinema4D, etc.)
