We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our client for a Contract-to-PERM hire engagement.

This position is responsible for leading the creation and execution of analytics projects and capabilities (including technology, services, and data) for Enterprise Analytics and/or other areas.

Primarily this includes coordinating with key stakeholders, applying strong data analytics (data modeling, cleansing, visualization, analysis and data science techniques) to rapidly deliver analytics value and use cases to early adopters or to market.

This position will have oversight and accountability for:

  • Lead or complete data analysis processes required to deliver value with different sets of healthcare data
  • Develops routines for key metrics or standard analysis content
  • Develop automation of redundant data preparation, modeling and analysis steps
  • Improve existing analytics processes
  • Prototyping and modeling new data sources for team
  • Visualizing analytics opportunities or developing visualization templates as necessary
  • Develop prototype data science or other analytics models to demonstrate proof of concept value
  • Researching new methods and/or technologies to effectively accomplish analytics projects
  • Training and mentoring staff or members on analytics processes or tools as necessary

This position leads and/or completes analytics projects or analytics processes to achieve objectives; provides analytics skills and insights and competence; conducts specific rapid prototyping or other analytics projects and assignments, and builds and maintains relationships with staff and members to meet desired analytics projects objectives.

This position collaborates and works closely with other team members, member stakeholders and other internal stakeholders to meet deliverables as necessary. Makes day-to-day decision with limited direction, may mentor those less experienced in analytics realm on tools or techniques.
