A major XR innovator needs a Principal Lead Software Engineer. You will be working on a top tier VR/Gaming product with other world-class engineers. Experience or interest in Gaming, VR, Fitness are important. Must have strong software development expertise, 10+ years.

  • Must be strong about guiding the architecture of the VR client application and technical implementation of features in the game
  • Must have experience with high performance code
  • Evolve and guide the architecture of the game for maintainability
  • Must be savvy with process improvement
  • Must be great at working independently and collab as a team, work through engineering process improvement
  • Mentor junior and mid level team members, must be a leader
  • Must enjoy making impact on innovative solutions to drive the advancement of live products at scale


  • Software Engineering, computer science or equivalent deep work experience
  • 10-20+ years working in an engineering environment with a proven track record of the responsibilities listed above
  • Unity experience preferred, some Unreal is okay too. Custom Engines are find as well
  • VR headset experience preferred
  • Ability to do dynamic live ops updates, building app architecture
  • C++, C# and Java expert
  • Great knowledge of 3D applications
  • Knowledge of the .Net ecosystem (outside of unity)
  • Needs asset management knowledge
  • Knowledge building complex UI and state machines
  • Must be strong communicator, detail oriented, self-starter, ability to work remote successfully, constant contact, reliable
