The project manager’s primary objective is to drive our internal agency team to run like a machine and deliver flawless work on time, on budget and within scope.

Three to five years of project management experience in an agency environment working on integrated campaigns including both print and digital (website, marketing automation/emails, banner ads, social, video). Branding/brand launch project management experience and print production knowledge is a definite plus.


  • Coordinates all activities of the project and ensures that project tasks are completed by scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings and communicating action steps to the team.
  • Develops, maintains, reviews and distributes project documentation including SOW, project schedules, budgets, status reports, invoices, change orders, and post-mortem reviews.
  • Organize and conduct internal status/job kick-off meetings. Attend status calls with clients on assigned accounts as needed.
  • Act as primary internal liaison from project conception regarding timing and next steps
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams and manages project scope and the change control process to ensure that projects are completed according to schedule and within budget.
  • Responsible for raising awareness of all project issues and risks, proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and collaborate with stakeholders to devise contingency plans as needed.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion, and liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Respond to client requests (passed on by Strategist) accurately and promptly.
  • Learn the current process and suggest actionable insights on how to optimize for maximum project management efficiency.


  • Agency experience is a must; 3-5 years in a small to medium sized agency setting is preferred
  • Able to prioritize work and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones.
  • Integrated experience including both print and digital (website, marketing automation/emails, banner ads, social, video). Branding/brand launch project management experience and print production knowledge is a definite plus.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications and run team meetings.
  • Able to troubleshoot difficult or sensitive problems, defuse tension within the team, and find positive solutions with keen instincts and organizational experience and demonstrated adaptability to change.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while focusing on details and driving results.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments in a persuasive, encouraging and motivating manner.
  • Proactively identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Technically competent with various software programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Keynote. Experience with Project Management software a plus.
