Onward Search is hiring for a Traffic Manager! This is a contract to hire position in Vinings. Health benefits during the contract period.

A real Unicorn to join our Creative Team. Must crave a fast-paced, ever evolving environment. Have the ability to improvise your personality on the fly, in order to best address the client at hand, while understanding and maintaining a calm yet positive demeanor. Must have an open-mind to learn our processes - while being able to own, and take responsibility for, when those processes can be bent to meet client needs. Must enjoy the challenge of needing to “gently correct” bad behaviors with team members - preferably by some sort of hypnosis, so they don’t know you're doing it, thus avoiding an immediate defensive attitude. Seeking a candidate that feels like every email notification is a gift just begging to be opened, and no matter how many ... hundred ... You may get in a day, they never get boring or repetitive, they are the air you breathe and the blood in your veins that keep you going.

A therapeutic and slightly telepathic ability to be able to discern from when an employee is venting - or is actual in need of assistance, is highly preferable. Adobe Creative Suite and Creative Project Management skills are mandatory.


  • 3-7 years PRINT traffic management experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Manipulate Google Sheets
