Our client, a print production company, is looking for a Printing Coordinator who will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing printing jobs from start to finish, ensuring top quality and a consistent print.
  • Troubleshooting production issues (including ones caused by corrupt files or images).
  • Learning troubleshooting basics for all printers and when to escalate to Production Manager.
  • Monitoring production supply inventory, communicating low inventory to the Production Administrator for re-supply.
  • Identifying and communicating opportunities for improvement to production methodologies and procedures to Production Mangers.

We are looking for Printing Coordinators who meet the following requirements:

  • Print production experience preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to be self-directed and work with minimum supervision once trained.
  • Ability to keep up with a high volume production department, meet tight deadlines (5-7k print jobs a month).
  • Ability to work overtime to ensure deadlines are met when necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
