Our client, a strategic design & branding firm, is seeking a designer to join their team.

You will report to the CEO/Creative Director, and be responsible for:

  • Taking direction from our creative director, work in collaboration with other designers and project managers working on a variety of amazing brands from food & beverage to technology.
  • Works closely with team members to brainstorm and execute against developed strategies, creative briefs, expectations, and goals to ensure that deliverables achieve the desired results.
  • Works closely with team members to deliver successful concepts for projects and then execute them in a quality, timely and cost-effective manner.
  • 40% Strategy and new ideas and 60% tactically focused, driving project solutions.
  • Ensures the proper application of Style Guides and Brand Standards across all intellectual properties.
  • Develops breakthrough designs to solve for components or redefine overall best practices.
  • Delivers all projects in accordance with project timelines and overall initiative strategy.
  • Supports projects with high-quality designs and speed-to-market, error-free execution.
  • Ensures the customer, client and consumer is at forefront of all creative design decisions and initiatives.
  • Resolves conflict with minimal noise staying cool under pressure and managing the highs and lows of the project life cycle
  • Articulate your rationale and strategies to reach a particular audience and present the design to the internal and external teams
  • Champion and demonstrate policies and procedures


  • 2-5 years in graphic design, branding and packaging in an agency setting
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong in Adobe Creative, with video edit and basic animation being a plus
  • Stellar portfolio across print, packaging, branding (logo and identity), marketing collateral and digital/web, food cpg brands preferred
  • Strong attention to detail; Reviews own work before proceeding to the next level
  • Ability to take direction using a creative process to arrive at solutions
  • A strong sense of urgency with solid organizational skills able to QC own work
  • Cool under pressure comfortable working on quick turn-around
  • Team-player attitude works well with others who is an independent thinker, self-sufficient able to prioritize projects at various stages
  • Self-starters - Aspire to be a leader with the desire to grow into your next position
  • Risk-taker and experiments with new ideas
  • Positive attitude with good verbal & communication skills and a customer-centric and service-oriented mentality
