A Fortune 500 Company just west of Boston is seeking a Manager, Product Design who will support the development and drive innovation for all products. You will assist in the development of product design standards and ensure the criteria are met across all projects. Along with the following:



  • Evaluate and manage external consultants from negotiation to project completion to meet project requirements.
  • Research technologies and potential new product categories.
  • Present to internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for briefing, planning, coordinating, and delivering large scale design projects.



  • Minimum 7 years of product design experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years managing direct reports.
  • MUST have experience with product manufacturing and be able to deliver special packages to product development.
  • Advanced - Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to manage a budget, as well as, prepare reports as required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
