Onward Search's client is a leading social media platform looking for a talented Product Manager for their growing team. Supporting the company's health initiative's research & "understand" work in H2 to inform the next health big bet + maintaining partnerships with external partners in the health space for policy/product priorities.

The Community Partnerships team seeks an experienced health researcher/product manager for a health communities associate role.

With that foundation, our next focus will be developing the social infrastructure for the community – for supporting us, for keeping us safe, for informing us, for civic engagement, and for the inclusion of all. We are looking for health communities associate to help with research and partnership work to inform future opportunities. You will work with some of the world’s best health community leaders as well as our world-class partnerships and product teams. A qualified candidate will have deep experience at the intersection of technology and healthcare and a curiosity for innovative social products and their potential for transforming communities.


  • Manage key relationships with external partners who are public health influencers and health community leaders. This will involve logistical work as well as strategic guidance
  • Organize product feedback/learning events to support product teams' exploration and learning
  • Collect and compile insights via mixed-methods in order to deliver strategic learnings to teams
  • Help identify, refine and prioritize opportunity areas for product and partnerships work


  • Technology product experience (degree/concentration or 4-6 years of dedicated work experience in a product management, product design or product research/marketing role)
  • Public health background (degree/concentration or 4-6 years of dedicated work experience in this sector)
  • Experience launching health technology products or publishing new research about innovation for health.
  • High level of attention to detail balanced with flexibility in dynamic situations
  • Preferred: Fluency in a range of product/market/academic research techniques and methods
  • Preferred: Experience in managing high priority client/partner relationships
