Our client, a major entertainment studio, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team:


  • Create and execute innovative product releases against a multi-year roadmap
  • Lead scrum teams as a product owner and become a fully mastered agile leader
  • Be the SME and champion of original/cutting-edge ways of thinking, creating and executing on product ideas
  • Lead a product team that manages multiple business systems for movies TV streaming app from inception through execution and management of deliverables
  • In close partnership with the business stakeholders, define and articulate long-term strategies for cross-platform video streaming services, and develop the product vision and product roadmap
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators as well as project cost, and communicate project status for technology and business stakeholders
  • Stay current and up-to-date with emerging trends in the industry and informed of competition
  • Understand and communicate consumer behavior for existing products and features and leverage learnings for future releases
  • Create product documentation including product requirements and use case definitions.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships among working teams and leadership across Engineering, Operations, Design, Marketing, Content, Finance and Legal


  • 3-6 years of experience in managing and leading digital product development in client facing apps for iOS, Android, 10’/OTT and Web
  • Undergraduate degree required and Master’s degree preferably in CS, Engineering, Product Management, MBA, Consumer Research, Marketing, or Design Thinking
  • Experience with Kibana, Tableau, Braze and experience working with Jira
  • Must have product specific experience delivering consumer apps or consumer facing/web app experience preferably streaming app or in entertainment industry
  • Must have worked on multiple platforms - cross platforms (a mix is good)
  • Comfortable working autonomously and with little direction, but needs to be able to communicate well with stakeholders at every level
  • Be able to take their releases and deliverables from ideation to completion and people and project management
  • Curiosity and an understanding of digital products, specifically OTT, D2C, and streaming services
  • Excellent critical thinking skills – ability to size up a problem, break it down to digestible portions, and communicate it to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional user experience intuition and understanding across different consumption platforms
  • Deeply data driven way of thinking and strong analytical approach
  • Understanding of how to develop rapid prototypes, A/B testing, and iterative development practices
  • Experience in agile development process (Scrum, Kanban) strongly preferred
  • Ability to interact and partner with a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders in all levels of the organization on highly complex projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and accountable, owning projects from inception to launch
  • Ability to adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment and react quickly, dynamically, and intelligently to shifting priorities
  • Ideal candidate has a passion for entertainment, movies, and technology along with an understanding of the evolving video streaming industry and deliver against a strategic product vision to deliver short to long-term initiatives that create the ultimate user experience
