We have a client that is seeking an experienced Product Manager to advance two well-known healthcare products among healthcare providers (primary care, specialist and retail pharmacist). This Product Manager role will own these two healthcare products HCP channel initiatives. You will focus on developing the HCP platform, contributing to the commercial success of the brand, while building PCH capabilities within the healthcare environment. This is a Director Level Role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • HCP Channel Lead for two well-known healthcare drugs
  • Lead HCP Advertising Evolution (in market Q2 target date)
  • Partner with agency/insights to define market research needs and align on research plan
  • Lead agency in development of art and message stimuli
  • Partner with brand/RC to pre-clear advertising with RC (identify watch outs)
  • Execute in-line HCP plans
  • Lead agency status meetings to develop in-line assets
  • Monitor and optimize promotional mix
  • Monitor HCP competitive environment and sever as brand POC
  • Prepare HCP Leadership (MBR) dashboards
  • Manage budget/PO/Invoicing process
  • Provide ABM responsible for HCP channel, campaign evolution guidance and in-market promotional optimization support to drive AWR/engagement levels
