We need a rising star in the Product Management space!

As an exciting early-stage startup we are on a mission to make a cutting edge SaaS product – We are a smart team of innovators who enjoy collaboration and have a fun, social culture. We are well funded, growing and right here in Boston. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for articulating the product strategy & vision and working to bring to life. You will and contentiously communicate product strategy to stake holders

  • Participate as member of a Scrum development team
  • Write technical user stories in Jira, collaborating and communicating feature requests to engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Work within the development team to clarify requirements and prioritize backlog to achieve the product roadmap
  • Perform user acceptance testing and regularly assist with Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Collaborate with the VP of Product and Director of Design to conduct ongoing research through direct customer contact and surveys, industry journals, sales team feedback, monitoring competitors and industry trends
  • Help create and collaborate on personas and user journey maps
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing departments on appropriate product positioning, product launch plans, product sales tools, and sales training
  • Collaborate with members of customer experience team to identify product support, implementation strategies, and customer training requirements
  • Observe, identify, and do what is needed to move us forward

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in an agile software development environment
  • Proven competency with Scrum processes, defining stories that are ready-for-engineering
  • Exceptional communication skills including the ability to deliver precise, detailed requirements to engineering
  • Experience with working with distribute teams is a plus
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certification is a plus
