Our client, an entertainment studio, is seeking a Product Manager to join the Product Management team.
You will report to the Director, Product Management and be responsible for:
Work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to define platform requirements; prioritize requirements based on business goals and platform KPIs; and deliver great experiences to our users
Manage scrum team activities including grooming, planning, stand-ups, story writing, and prioritization for 2-3 scrum teams
Lead strategic discussions about their product
Develop and gets stakeholder buy in for their vision and roadmap
Clearly define feature requirements and business logic for the scrum team and design partners
Collaborate with developers, designers, and partners to implement and manage product releases; direct QA efforts; and to grow ongoing 3rd party relationships
Set KPI-driven priorities for the scrum team and work to achieve the desired outcome
Use quantitative and qualitative data to become knowledgeable about the customer, their habits, and their needs
Align various stakeholders such as marketing, operations, data tracking, etc. on delivery scope and in preparation for launch
Support strategic discussions on the future direction of the product and user experience
Maintain a roadmap and regularly review with stakeholders and partners
Manage cross-functional relationships and work through competing priorities with ease
Operate both independently and as part of a broader team; juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a results-oriented environment
Work to meet agreed upon time frames / target dates with the scrum team and PMO partners
Mentor and partner with your product colleagues
3-7 years of experience in product management and directly managing multiple scrum teams, preferably working with Android mobile or Connected TV apps
Experience leading a scrum team and confident in independently managing a scrum team
Comfortable drafting detailed product requirements from user stories to Product Requirement Documents
Excellent communicator who is able to speak to team members of all levels
Passionate about user experience and mobile platforms
Comfortable analyzing data and presenting to stakeholders
Knowledgeable about tech and product best practices
Comfortable with Jira, Omniture, Tableau
Bachelor level degree or equivalent experience
