Onward Search is on the hunt for a Product Manager to join the team of our mission-driven green tech start-up. You will report to the COO and will be responsible for:

  • Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle including product & market research, competitive analysis, planning & positioning, roadmap & requirements development, and product launch
  • Developing pricing strategies through cross-department collaboration, A/B testing etc.
  • Developing programs to maintain production timelines across multiple departments, translating product strategy for prototype construction, final product development, and marketing communication plans
  • Analyzing customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships, helping to scale both the company and product market

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience as a product manager in early-stage tech start-up environments (preferably within the B2B SaaS and/or IoT Hardware space)
  • Must have worked on shipped products, have experience at 3+ companies, and have a portfolio of at least 3 major projects
  • It is critical to have end-to-end lifecycle management experience (ideation through commercialization and rollout)
  • Must have experience in customer development/user research
  • Experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing & pricing strategies
  • Heavy experience with dashboards and data visualization (desktop and mobile) is preferred
  • Proficient in SEM and online advertising is a plus
  • Strong presenter, able to comfortably speak in front of key stakeholders
  • Solid writing and editing skills
